Please be patience with the shipments as it might takes 2-6 weeks in general due to covid19.

SECURE AND QUICK SHIPPING

Opt for EXPRESS SHIPPING and receive your beautiful items in 3-5 working days wherever you are in the world once it is shipped . (Normally only 3 working days)

I will send you an notification with tracking details once your order is shipped. You could check where your item is with tracking code provided.

Your orders will be ship via DHL Express, and the normal shipping rate using this option is only USD24.80 up.

ECONOMIC SHIPPING RATE WITH TRACKING

If you are not in a rush, you could always save by opting ECON SHIPPING RATE. It generally takes 2-4 weeks to reach the destination countries. (might take slightly longer due to COVID19, please be patience.)

Occasionally, the delivery days may be extend to 5-6 weeks. The due reasons are normally tie to the occasional detention at the custom of the respective country. ( happen more often in Australia, Germany and sometimes the UK)

If you did not receive your parcel within 5 weeks, please kindly contact me HERE. I will help you to look into that.

Your parcel will be shipped via DHL Ecommerce, and international rate to US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Paris, Norway, Austria and other Europe countries are normally from only USD11.80 onward.

Shipment to Asean countries like Singapore, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong are normally from USD7.

FREE SHIPPING is available to all customers in Malaysia.

You will get the accurate shipping rate once you are on the check out page when entering your shipping address.

RETURNS

It’s my goal to make pieces of adornments worth your time celebrating with. I would really love that for you to love and appreciate upon receiving them.

If however, you need to return them, please follow the guidelines below:

Check your item/s carefully once you receive them. You will have a 14-days of examination period upon receiving your item/s.
To return an item, the seal need to be in its original condition. You will be able see through the transparent wrap to check your item. Once the item is worn, it is not returnable.
As much as I would love to offer free-return shipping, I wouldn’t be able to do that for now. But this is certainly one of the direction I am looking into.
Kindly arrange shipping on your side and ship the item back to me safely, just as how I ship them to you.
Kindly be informed that a 20% re-shelving fees would be deducted, that means you will be refunded 80% of the item price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your refund would be process once I have received the item.
